SHIPPING AND TURNAROUND POLICY


Shipping Policy

 

 

Processing & Turnaround Times

 

  • Ready to Ship Items: Ship within 7–10 business days from order unless personalization is chosen. Personalized items may take 2–3 weeks.
  • Handmade/Custom Orders: Due to high order volume and weather conditions, please allow 4–6 weeks (not including weekends) for your order to be completed. While I often work weekends, they are not counted toward official processing times.
  • T-Shirt Preorders: Take 7–10 business days to be made once preorder closes, then ship immediately. Vendor turnaround times may affect this schedule, and I am not responsible for vendor delays.
  • Holiday Orders: Starting October 1, all orders are considered Christmas orders and will ship by the beginning of December. Please keep this in mind when placing seasonal orders.
  • Tumblers: FDA regulations require a 72-hour cure time after completion before tumblers can be shipped.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

 

 

 

  • Orders ship via UPS & USPS.
  • Delivery typically takes 2-7 days once shipped.
  • Tracking numbers are provided once orders leave our studio.
  • RRozelles Creations is not responsible for orders once they leave my possession. 

 

International Shipping

 

  • Yes, we ship worldwide! Delivery times vary by location but generally range from 7–30+ business days.
  • Customs inspections may delay delivery. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control.
  • A commercial invoice is included with all international shipments. We cannot mark packages as “gifts” or undervalue items. 

Taxes, Duties & VAT

  • We do not collect VAT, GST, or other import taxes at checkout.
  • Buyers outside the U.S. are responsible for all VAT, GST, customs duties, brokerage, and handling fees charged by their country.
  • These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees and will be collected by your local customs office or carrier before delivery.

 

Refused/Unclaimed Packages

  • If a package is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to unpaid duties, taxes, fees, or an incorrect address, the order will be refunded minus shipping, return shipping, and a restocking fee once the item is returned to us in sellable condition.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can help you file a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement if eligible.
  • Lost or missing packages must be reported within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.
