RRozelle's Creations is not responsible for any shipping delays once any item leaves my possession! All tumblers will come insured and it is your responsibility to contact USPS, UPS if there is an issue. Tracking will be sent once your item ships! When RRozelle's Creations prints your label, RRozelle's Creations drops off same/next day.
Please do not message me asking me when your item will ship if it is still within the shipping window! If there are any issues upon receiving your item. All packages are insured through the USPS/UPS.
Sorry this is long winded, this is for my protection as a small business owner.
