DTF Transfer Pressing Instructions
For best results, use a heat press and follow the recommended settings below:
🌡️ Temperature: 320°F
⏱️ Pre-Press Garment: 15 seconds
🎨 Press Transfer: 15 seconds
✋ Peel: Warm to Cool Peel
🔥 Final Press: 15 seconds using parchment paper, butcher paper, or a Teflon sheet
HOW TO APPLY:
Pre-press your garment for 15 seconds to remove moisture and wrinkles.
Position your DTF transfer on the garment with the design facing up.
Press at 320°F for 15 seconds using firm, even pressure.
Allow the transfer to cool slightly before peeling the carrier sheet. This is a warm-to-cool peel, so do not rush the peel if the transfer is still too hot.
Once the carrier sheet has been removed, cover the design with parchment paper, butcher paper, or a Teflon sheet and press again for 15 seconds.
Please Note:
Every heat press performs differently. Actual temperature, pressure, and heat distribution can vary from machine to machine.
You may need to make slight adjustments depending on your equipment and garment.
Improper pressing, incorrect temperature, insufficient pressure, or peeling too soon may affect the final result.
For best results, always make sure your heat press is reaching the correct temperature and applying firm, even pressure
Care Instructions
For the longest life of your finished garment:
Wait at least 24 hours before washing
Wash garment inside out
Use cold or warm water
Use mild detergent
Avoid bleach and fabric softener
Tumble dry on low or hang dry
Do not iron directly over the design
